This salmon burger is PERFECT for the warm weather and is so easy to put together! @jackiecooksanddrinks for more!

2 salmon portions, about 4-6 oz per portion, chopped finely
1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped- I used chives, parsley, and dill
1/2 shallot, chopped finely
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp capers, drained
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp Greek Yogurt

Mix all together and cook about 3 min per side!

Why make individual s’mores when you can make sheet pan s’mores? @jackiecooksanddrinks for more! This is a fun one for a group- so the next time you’re grilling, make this -and kids will enjoy helping out making this one, because I bet they’d steal a few marshmallows in the making 😉

Here’s how👇🏼
I crushed up 2 of the individual packages in the graham cracker box and mixed it with 10 tbsp of melted butter. Place on a 9x13 sheet pan and bake at 350 for 10 min.
Then take a package of chocolate bars (6, 4.5 oz bars) and place them on top of the crust. Place bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Then take a pack of marshmallows, neatly organize them and broil until lightly brown.

Give everyone a fork and have them dig in! #letscookanddrink #jackiecooksanddrinks

If there’s a food that screams summer it’s watermelon! @jackiecooksanddrinks for more

This watermelon salad is super simple to make, with crumbled feta, toasted pine nuts, and julienned mint. For me, the dressing is what makes it and here’s how I made mine-

2 heaping tbsp @drizzlehoney (raw)
juice of 1 lime
pinch of salt
whisk it together and drizzle on top of the salad. Enjoy!!!

6 oz rosé
Handful frozen strawberries
1.5 oz floral/botanical vodka- I used @ketelone botanicals Grapefruit Rose (10/10)
Ice as needed

One of the reasons I LOVE these brownies is they’re one bowl, they also happen to be Gluten Free, made with nut butter (I actually made my own cashew butter for these but you can use whatever you have!), aren’t loaded with a ton of sugar, and they are FUDGY. Yes I’ve posted them before and yes I am posting them again. #letscookanddrink #jackiecooksanddrinks
