Hydrating Green Juice

Overview

I could go on and on on the benefits of green juice… full of antioxidants, immune strengthening, and energy boosting just to name a few.

So it will be no surprise to you that this recipe is a go to of mine. All of the above benefits plus it’s super hydrating.

Serves 1-2

Instructions

  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 1 lemon, rind removed
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 knob (about an inch or two) of ginger  
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

A simple healthy way to start your day!  

Throw all of the ingredients in a blender with 2 cups of water and some ice cubes. Blend until a juice consistency and enjoy.
