Silky Mango Avocado Lime Smoothie

I have been on the hunt for the perfect avocado smoothie. You know what I am talking about. The texture, the flavor, and something that doesn’t scare people away. 

This is a simple way to get some packed nutrients in a glass. 

Mango Avocado Lime Smoothie  

Serves 2

Shopping List

  • 1 ripe avocado, pit removed and fruit scooped out
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 lime, freshly squeezed  
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of water, more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothie

Method 

 place all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a frozen mango chunk on top.
