I’ve had a few people ask me for a recipe for a cocktail I made at our annual holiday party. It packs a punch and it’s a play on a Cosmopolitan, but in punch form!
- 32 ounces of White Cranberry juice, I like this one from Ocean Spray
- 1 cups of Vodka, such as Titos
- 1/4 cup Cointreau
- 1 bottle (760ml) of any sort of bubbles such as cava, prosecco, or champagne
- Cranberries for garnish
Pour all ingredients into a giant punch bowl, starting with the juice, then vodka, Cointreau, and top off with the bubbles. Garnish the punch bowl with cranberries and fill bowl with ice.
Not making for a crowd?
Here is how you make a serving of one.
- 2 ounces juice
- 1.5 ounces vodka
- .5 ounce Cointreau
- Top with bubbles
Pour all ingredients except champagne in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass and top with a touch of bubbles and serve immediately. Garnish with cranberries!
