I could go on and on on the benefits of green juice... full of antioxidants, immune strengthening, and energy boosting just to name a few.
So it will be no surprise to you that this recipe is a go to of mine. All of the above benefits plus it’s super hydrating.
Simple Hydrating Green Juice
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 1 lemon, rind removed
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 knob (about an inch or two) of ginger
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
Throw all of the ingredients in a blender with 2 cups of water and some ice cubes. Blend until a juice consistency and enjoy.
