Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup
Fall is finally in the air and I am officially ready for all things Pumpkin Spice!
If there is one thing you need to make this fall, it’s this BOMB AF PURE LIQUID GOLD PUMPKIN SPICE SIMPLE SYRUP!
Why you ask? Well let’s see.
- It’s addicting
- You can use it in coffee
- Mix it with steamed milk for a pumpkin spiced milk
- in an Old Fashioned
- as a drizzle on ice cream, or any dessert really!
- in a pumpkin spice martini

Makes about 1 cup
Hi, I’m Jackie, Founder of Jackie Cooks and Drinks, and a BIG believer that cooking, creating and entertaining should be FUN.
1 cup of water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Bring water, brown sugar, and pumpkin puree to a boil. Whisk until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract + spice and continue stirring until sugar and spices are dissolved. Allow mixture to thicken up and reduce for about 5-10 minutes. Store in a glass jar in the fridge!
