Pumpkin Pie Jello Shots

Whether it’s for Halloween or Thanksgiving, these are sure to be a fun time.

Made with pumpkin spice liqueur, vodka, and Bom Bom brands Nilli Vanilli, you’ll be drinking your pie instead!

Pumpkin Pie Jello Shots

Serves a crowd (24+ shots)

Shopping List

  • 1/2 cup Tito’s vodka
  • 1/2 cup Bom Bom Brands Nilli Vanilli
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin spice liqueur 
  • 2.5 cups boiling water
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Brown sugar
  • 4 packets of unflavored gelatin
  • Pumpkin spiced whipped cream, recipe follows

Method

Boil your water and remove from heat. In a bowl, add together your vodka and liqueurs, plus the gelatin packets. Allow to come together for a couple minutes. Add your hot water and whisk until the gelatin is dissolved. Next, add your cinnamon and pumpkin spice.

Grab a mini muffin tin and spray each mold with non stick spray (it helps if you place the muffin tin on a baking sheet). Place a sprinkle of brown sugar at the bottom of each muffin mold and then pour the Jell-O shots into each mold. Place into the fridge for a couple of hours or until firm.

To remove, place a toothpick around the edge of each mold to loosen and using your hand, gently remove each Jell-O shot.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon! 

Pumpkin Spiced Whipped Cream

Shopping List

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  •  2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  •  1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method 

Whip all ingredients on high until a creamy, whipped consistency. This took me a couple minutes with a handheld mixer.
