Sesame Soy Guacamole

Overview

This is NOT your average guacamole!

This guacamole has sesame. Soy. Sriracha. Garlic. Ginger….it goes well on tacos (like spicy pineapple chicken, stay tuned recipe coming real soon!), sesame crackers, wonton crisps– basically anything you would put normal guacamole on!

Shopping List

  • 2-3 ripe avocados

  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2- 1” knob of ginger, peeled and finely chopped or minced

  • 1/2 a lime, juiced

  • 2 tsp soy or tamari

  • 1 tsp of toasted sesame oil

  • 1/2 tsp or more of sriracha

  • kosher salt + pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black)

Method

Mash avocados in a bowl. Add the garlic and ginger, lime juice, soy, sesame oil, sriracha, salt as needed, and sesame seeds. Mix until combined and serve with sesame crackers, wonton crisps, or on tacos!
