Almond Date Energy Bites

These energy balls are full of the good stuff plus some chocolate!

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 10 medjool dates, softened
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp hulled hemp seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp flax seed
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4-6 ounces sugar free mini dark chocolate morsels, such as Lily's
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate. Dough will appear grainy, but should stick together when you make a ball. Form 1” balls and place on parchment paper. When ready to store, place them in a closed container in the refrigerator. They should last about a week!
