Avocado Chili Ranch Dressing

Overview

A salad is only as good as the dressing that’s on it.

I’ve said it before and I will probably say it again, too. I love a good chopped salad but I am not one of those gals who can eat it without salad dressing. A good salad dressing makes or breaks a salad.

One of my favorite dressings has to be ranch – I love how a good ranch dressing has dill and parsley, some lemon, garlic; I could go on. It has the potential to be a flavor bomb.

I deceided to create this Avocado Chili Ranch Dressing on a whim one taco night (Taco Tuesday is a big night in the Cooks and Drinks house!) and I’ve never looked back.

My Avocado Chili Ranch Dressing is full of ingredients you probably have in your pantry and is made with Greek Yogurt for an added protein boost. Super easy to make, I hope you enjoy it!
