Chocolate Covered Energy Bites

Energy bites are perfect when you want a snack, you’re hungry, and you need something quick!

If you’re looking for a BIG ENERGY snack these CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY ENERGY BITES are for you. My group of 8-10 taste testers DESTROYED my OG batch!

These last a while in the fridge, making them a perfect go- to snack so you’re not raiding your pantry!

CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY ENERGY BITES are a great snack that leaves you full. I love to have these enery bites before or after a workout – it has protein, carbs, and fat and they’re GOOD! OH OH OH they’d also be great to make for valentine/galentines day!

Shopping List

  • 1 c smooth peanut butter​​​​​​​​
  • 1 c oats (can be GF, old fashioned NOT steel cut)​​​​​​​​
  • 1/2 c RAW honey – not the liquid type. The thick, gooey stuff like this!​​​​​​​​
  • 1/4 c cacao powder​​​​​​​​
  • 1 c freeze dried strawberries ​​​​​​​​OR these!
  • chopped sugar free chocolate ​​​​​​​​
  • sprinkle flake sea salt​​​​​​​​

Method

Mix all of the ingredients together.

Make round tbsp size balls and place in the fridge until firm. I store these in the fridge for a couple days but they’ll go QUICK!
