Ingredients

quinoa, or a grain mix such as quinoa, millet, flaxseed, etc!

salted pumpkin seeds
1/2
cup
sliced almonds
1/4
cup
chia seeds
1/4
cup
Maple syrup

melted coconut oil or ghee

tbsp
sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir.
Place the contents of the bowl on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in your preheated 325 degree oven for about 20 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!
