Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 lemon

dijon mustard

freshly grated parmesan cheese

worcestershire sauce

fish sauce

white wine vinegar
less than a tsp

heavy pinch kosher salt (more to taste)

black cracked pepper (more to taste)

water, as needed
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until creamy.
Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, until desired consistency is reached! I added about 1/4 cup in total for a pourable, protein packed, caesar - inspired salad dressing.
