Grilled Brussel Sprouts

It’s grilling season!I have been all about throwing everything on the grill, and these brussel sprouts are no exception! They’re crispy, tangy, and spicy! Enjoy!

- 1 lb brussel sprouts, bottoms trimmed and outer leaves removed
- grilling skewers
- 2 tsp tajin (if you don’t have tajin spice, you can substitute 1.5 tsp chili powder + 1/2 tsp salt)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- Fresh cracked pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
Combine the tajin, caynenne, pepper, honey, lime juice, and olive oil in a bowl. Pour over the brussel sprouts and allow them to marinate for a while, a few hours maybe. This will help soften them up. I let them marinate overnight, but you definitely don’t have to.When ready to grill, place the brussel sprouts on the skewers (I placed about 5 on each skewer).Get your grill hot, and over indirect heat, grill them for 5-7 minutes until nice and roasted.
